Managing Director
Tim has been an integral part of Varcoe Air conditioning and Heat Pumps for the last 24 years, taking Ownership in 2001. Tim is a qualified Refrigeration Engineer with a wealth of knowledge in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector. Outside of work Tim enjoys motorsports, squash and fishing.
Jacob Dilworth
General Manager
Jacob has been within the industry for 25+ years, and with his senior management skills and technical knowledge, he leads the business to deliver a high quality service, project and installation which meets or exceeds our clients expectations. Jacob has strong core values, embraces technology and customer focused.
John McKenzie
Operations Manager
John has over 20 years experience in the industry, he can provide the best solutions for your home, whether it’s a new build or existing installation. John also provides heat pump solutions for commercial buildings and will find the best solution to meet your needs and achieve the results you are after.
Warick Silver
Service Manager
Warick has 30+ years of experience within the commercial and residential sectors of the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Service, maintenance, BWOF compliance and technical fault finding is his specialty so no job is too big or small for him and his competent team of qualified technicians.
Kirstin Brown
Accounts & Office Manager
Kirstin is one of the main cogs that keeps the well running machine that is Varcoe going. Kirstin has been with us since 2016 and now there isn’t much that she can’t tell you about what makes Varcoe tick. Kirstin has a wealth of knowledge from her 20+ years doing accounts so if you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact her.
